About Sarah

A personal trainer, online coach and fitness foodie based in Manchester, Sarah helps women every day build a better relationship with food and exercise.

Through her informative online content and coaching business ‘Every Move Academy’, Sarah shares recipes, exercise tips, motivation and the science behind moving your body. Sarah wants to show her followers that there is so much more to exercise than the aesthetic benefit. She trains solely for performance, focussing on functional fitness and the 'feel good' factor exercise can bring.

As a big foodie who loves to bake and share her latest treats, Sarah’s mission is to encourage her followers to understand that 'food is fuel' and that life should not be spent with too many restrictions.
